I'm sorry to hear that you've had an issue with a staff member. I've taken the liberty to contact the Discord team's manager on your behalf to investigate the issue. In the future, please ensure you contact the Discord staff instead of the Forum staff for issues with the respective team so that these issues can be handled by the appropriate people.

In regards to your complaint, the issue was reviewed and investigated, and your mute was rescinded. You are now free to continue to chat on the server. We apologize for any inconvenience the mute may have caused. However, please keep in mind that the purpose of the strategy channel is to provide information to players, and one of the staff members' responsibilities in the channel is to ensure that wrong information does not go out to players (especially newer ones) that are asking for help. While we appreciate your opinions and attempts to help the OP of the issue in question, some of the blanket statements you were making were not 100% true:

"all jonin teachers giving 2 points" is not wholly accurate. Ninjas such as guy/kurenai can have their fragments refined for 5 points per. Asuma Windblade refines for 10 points per.

"all jinchuriki giving 20 points" could be misleading as well. While your examples did indeed showcase 20 point refine ninjas like yugito/roshi, there are also jinchuriki like Gaara/Bee that give 10 points.

Staff is also expected to prune general chatter in the channel. If, in the future, you find yourself desiring of constructive debate on a topic (such as the one above), we wholeheartedly endorse it, but ask that you please do it in the General channel rather than Strategy channel (It is the same with this subforum; if you'd like to chat or converse, we would encourage DMs or the General forum instead of holding conversations here).
