In regards to not getting the jackpot you wanted, please keep in mind that jackpots are RNG based. There is no guarantee of getting the ninja you want. We can only recommend that if you are uncomfortable with losing that you please not try RNG events. Also, some of these ninjas are priced at between 300k-500k coupons as their base *coupon* price. Expecting to get one from 140k coupons into a jackpot is not that reasonable.

For droprate improvements, I am putting these suggestions in along with the rest, but please keep in mind that suggestions are suggestions and not guarantees for implementation by the devs. It is highly unlikely that these suggestions get implemented. While I understand that players want to be able to spend 100k coupons to get 100k coupons worth of powerup items and a 300k coupon ninja, this is a fairly unrealistic ask so will likely not get honored. Please keep in mind that Konoha Great Tree offers several ninjas, so looking only at the Shisui fragment droprate is a specious way of examining the value of the event. There are other items that are dropped, too. If Shisui is your goal, I would recommend Carnival Capsules. The powerup items you get from that will be fewer, but you will get more shisui fragments at a cheaper price.

As for the general ask of your statement, I can't comment as to the exact reasoning behind the change in droprate values for the events from the devs' perspectives; I can only make some logical inferences of my own. My reading of the situation would be that the event was deemed as outside some arbitrary bounds of ROI when the ninjas shifted. I don't recall exactly when the droprates worsened, though I do recall it happening. If I recall correctly, and I'm open to correction on this, it was about the time that Jiraiya TC came out. The event was updated with newer ninjas, and the combination of these new ninjas may have made the devs reevaluate the various droprates of the prizes involved.

Having done KGT up to that level myself, I can verify that the ROI on the event is still quite good, but it now focuses much of its value on epic refines, whereas before players used it to get a top ninja. At present, Carnival Capsules is much better for obtaining top ninjas. In my personal opinion, and again I have to stress this is an opinion and not necessarily correct, the devs were probably developing/rolling out capsules at the time of the droprate nerf, and wanted KGT to focus less on ninjas, and to allow capsules to instead have that focus.

Personally, I don't have a great understanding of why people are frustrated that KGT has reduced droprates, when those same ninjas can be obtained from capsules for much cheaper than they ever could from KGT.

In regards to the topic of this thread in general, I would like to again gently remind that the purpose of this thread is to list desired changes. I decided to keep the thread open in case anyone else wanted to chime in with proposed changes, but I would be opposed to altering the topic of this thread to a debate on the merits of the various events. I answered your post as a one time courtesy, but please refrain from additional thread derailments. This is an RNG event. There is RNG involved. If you want to get said fragments from an event with no RNG, you can do so. Shinobi Feast's shop is an example of this.

Sure, I can submit your suggestion for droprates to be revealed.

I know personally of at least four people that have gotten Shisui from capsules, yes. He's more affordable there than TT Obito or TT Madara ever were in KGT. If you'd like to see specific details or talk to people that have done it, I would suggest checking out the official discord. I know several people there that have done so.

Unfortunately, there's no "evidence" I can show you of this. Capsules doesn't have an easily screenshottable demonstration of how well one does over the course of three hours of clicking. I could show you some of the personal data I've collected, but it would support my view, and you would all just dismiss it as me lying. Ultimately, the choice is yours where/when/how you spend your coupons. If you do not trust me or other moderators on what events are good or bad, that is your prerogative, and rightly so in many cases. We are flawed individuals and not always right. You should make the choices you believe best given the information you have/believe. Demanding impossible evidence won't help that scenario, however.

Not 100%. That level of certainty is impossible. It's also impossible to day if rates change from event to event, so it's possible they're different with this week. However I can personally confirm that as of last cycle, when I tested capsules myself, the rates were, if not identical, at least similar.

I don't know what "retired" did, exactly, but it's unlikely he did the event properly. Again, we've worked to test the validity of that event for some time now, and the droprates are consistently the best in the game for desired ninjas *if you are doing it correctly*. Retired seems to be doing a fairly low sample size (the sample sizes we use are more in the thousands and tens of thousands of spins. When a ninja's droprate is low enough, 10,000 coupons does not poke close enough to the law of large numbers to demonstrate a consistent rate. You can get an overall 1frag per 1000 coupons drop rate on shisui over the course of 100,000 coupons, but get three fragments in 1000 coupons or zero fragments in 10,000. It happens.
