I agree with almost everything you said BUT Konoha Tree event is shady territory so I don't buy the explanation behind that.

What I mean is that reasoning is fine if we started the event in late 2022. Sadly for Oasis it was added way before and we had for years event that gave out ninjas that are way higher base coupon value than Shisui -> 10T Jinchuriki Madara and Obito for ~1000-1200 coupons on average with same or even better power items on top of it.

So Konoha event it's more of a really annoying DEV decision to especially remove a way for f2p community to easly get Shisui who was beyond broken ninja than logical scaling of value from event. There is really easy proof for it. I didn't give a d4mn about Shisui and spent my idk 150k or so coupons in konoha tree that had Shisui for 3000 coupons per frag BUT it also had 10T Madara in it and by some unknown "value" logic his frags were on average in that tree mad cheap ~600 per frag.

So how the hell 10T Madara who is in higher Tsukuyomi tier is worth 600 coupons suddenly and Susano Shisui who is in lower Tsukuyomi tier is worth 3000? Answer is simple like I said - force people into buying ingots to get Shisui and remove every other option for first months of his BT release. Nothing to do with value of the event. (like legit you priced Shisui frag 5 times higher than 10T Madara im not joking I even thought its a bug or someone made a mistake in that konoha tree edition i got 4star from nothing ~150k or so coupons on top of thousands of refines)

Are we 100% sure that Capsule rates are still what they were from day 1 tho? Pretty sure I saw on this forum from Icex or Aika discussion that drop rates for Shisui were heavly lowered there as well.

Putting 6path pain who is highest tier Tsukuyomi in capsules as well absolutly *s any logic why would we even change Tree in the first place tbh. It's like annoying change for the sake of idk what and yeah we won't solve this mystery here so if you can give me any info regarding capsule rates [doesn't have to be right now ofc] im done with this offtop.

in Icex thread some guy dropped his capsule experience, no idea if it's correct, dude has no idea how to do it or really drop rates in capsule now are also omega bad. .

You can check Icex capsule thread. He and Aika shared rates for Shisui there tho like I said in my post above those rates seem to be nerfed to the ground like in Konoha tree case.

As for Brasil rates - those are completly absurd and I will always stay with our Oasis team on that. Keeping old Konoha Tree / Capsule rates + not removing Shisui from big fukuromaru deals would be perfect system (like it is in German version for example) but if i had to choose 1 option BR server or ours I would always pick ours. I won't share why cuz it's topic for another 5 pages and we did go offtop in this thread already. Not to mention like dude it's not FPS game if you want to you can play on Brasil server with those rates, after all latency is not a problem.

As for suggestion that came to my mind now, I don't understand why we don't have information from Oasis about those kind of things. Why you have to spend 50 000 coupons in Konoha Tree event to find what is the cost of said ninja fragment. It should be shared every time event like this comes out with out a need to sit on discord for first 5 hours to hope some whale takes the bullet and shows other people rates of the event. It's not RNG event so I don't see a downside to giving this information to players, it might even increase recharge rate cuz If I know that Im missing let's say 10 000 ingots / coupons to get X ninja from this KGT I might recharge for this deal, If I don't see at all what I can do in this event I won't risk my coupons / buy missing ones.
