This is an absolutely silly thing to bring up, but I admit it is bugging me.

Why does Senju Tobirama have a fire attack?

Why does Sarutobi Hiruzen have a lightning attack?

While both of these characters have an encyclopedic knowledge of jutsu, true, this is so very OOC. Why is Hiruzen sporting a water-lightning dragon when it's Tobirama who's famous for the lightning sword and the water dragon? Why does Tobirama, who fought the Uchiha and is set up to oppose their fire-nature, sporting a ka-ton jutsu that's just explosive tags ... a barrage that would fit better with the Professor who likes shuriken attacks?

And in a game with big emphasis on elemental affinities, the water guy gets a fire attack, the fire guy gets a water attack.

Wa-waaao.

Just switch them out. Don't even change the numbers, I don't think there's a cutscene for either - swap their animation and descriptions. It just *s out like a sore thumb when all the other scores of characters have utterly detailed in-character attacks.
