Thank you for the video. I'm sending this in to be investigated. It's possible that this debuff is meant to be a lock to 50% crit chance (making a debuff with pros and cons, similar to how NY hashirama works), which would not be odd, but it may also be bugged. I'm also checking with the translator to see what the intended verbiage on the text should be. I'll let you know once I have more information. Please feel free to bump this thread in a few days if I haven't responded to you, and I'll bump the requests for further investigation.

Edit: OK, already got word back. It is a mistranslation. As Kiriya said, it is meant to reduce it TO 50%, so the text is incorrect but the ability is working properly. I've put in a request to get the text updated, though I can't promise this will happen immediately since it's a minor change and there's already a backlog on stuff like this, but hopefully it can get fixed soon.
