In the Hidan arc, how skilled was Shikamaru compared to other ninja ranks? Was he at Jonin or Special Jonin level? He outperformed some of his peers and defeated Choji and Ino, who were considered Chunin. based on his power and skill level during this arc, would he have deserved a promotion to Jonin if you were the Hokage?
