I will put in these suggestions for you, but please keep in mind that they are probably unlikely to be implemented. NY Hiruzen is possible, but may still not be quite old enough to be put into this system, and RF Deidara is still a largely ingot-only unit, so unless you are asking for him to be put in the last two tiers for just a few fragments, it is unlikely he would be moved here, either (as a full recruit).
