The "players too far" error is usually a result of a poor connection to the game servers (please note this is not the same thing as a poor internet connection). You may be able to resolve this by using a good VPN that improves your connection. The second issue is most likely resulting from the first, but if you'd like you can put in a CS ticket to have the issue looked into. Generally a good clear cache/flush dns/restart will solve this issue, but there could be some additional underlying issue, as well, if you attempted all that and were unable to resolve the issue (I can't tell if you only refreshed or did everything).
