Round 1: Wait for their standard attacks (last one is Kushina), Fire Main or Karin should clear all the debuffs, use Kimimaro's mystery and then Madara's mystery when you get the chakra

Round 2: Pretty much same as Round 1, hopefully you can take their attacks.

If some of the ninjas/main die it is still doable as long as Madara is alive and can do his mystery
