Since it has the actual License it will have the Characters, but not all of them will be available right at the start. Some will be Event only and others will be released later on.

I think its over 100 chars. atm in the game.
& their still adding more, some isn't even in the manga. like many cats & chars from the movies.
Like Playboy Sasuke, is from "Road to Ninja" Movie. :lol

Yeah they will add Characters from the whole Naruto franchise, and add some "special" versions of them like Sailor Sakura or Bikini Ino and stuff hehe.

Not really needed, as you can browse all ninja skills in-game.
Even if you don't have the characters. :P

It's based on Naruto's story, so i think they will stay true to that and don't add any other Franchises to it.
