Hello,
Characters are generally not simply erased. There are a few ways to check to see where your character might have gone, or what happened.
1) Check to make sure you're logging in with the right account. Are you using a GUEST signin, or did you use a real email address?
2) Check the server list in the upper right hand corner of the screen to see if you accidentally logged into the wrong server.
