Showing you my power gain and the stats of level 1>15 from the new secret scroll Resistance Enhancement
Gives a lot of attack, decent amount of ninjutsu and substats therefore it does provide good power
48700 power gain for me, keep in mind that you will get less power if you are lower power than me most likely due to some in-game power scalings
