Please do not post sensitive information about your account (such as the transaction invoice you posted) in public places.

As for your question, did you use the quick account setup, or did you use an email address? I am guessing you used the quick account setup judging by your picture. If this is the case, you need to use the login credentials (email address and password) that were generated by that action. If you are using the correct login credentials, please ensure that you are on the correct server. You can check all your active servers by going to the recharge center and clicking the dropdown box in the upper left hand corner.

If none of this works, create a CS ticket by clicking the question mark in the upper left hand corner and explain the situation. Give them the screenshot you showed here, which has your transaction ID (that is the important part, and what you should have censored out - again, please do not post sensitive nature like this in a public forum). They should be able to help you retrieve the account credentials.
