Me and others have noticed that our mains speeds have dropped and their speed doesn't change based on position anymore. He was at 1200ish and now just above 1k and I was just over 1k and now in the 800's. What happened and I thought position changed speed too, at least that is what others have said and what testing showed.

position does determine who goes 1st, BUT some skills are not affected thats much as some goes when its time for standard attack, jirya, barriers, kakuzu and such
