Hey guys, what are currently the best characters to get for both budget & more expensive options?

I've heard susanoo shisui is the god among gods but, I've not played for a year + so I'm curious what I should be farming, although some might be slower.
But regardless of pricings, I'm curious what the meta and go-to farming things are.
