jiraiya toad barrier DOES NOT BLOCK barrier skill

if u read closely the skill description, jiraiya toad barrier BLOCK any ninja with the ability to summon/destroy barrier from casting MYSTERY skills

example:

minato edo can cast bond skill barrier - his mystery will be blocked (even the bond skill still not activated)

kisame shark can cast barrier through mystery - his mystery will be blocked

madara edo can cast barrier through passive (either every round or when Hp at certain %) - his mystery will be blocked

To be fair Jiraiya's barrier should adapt to the breakthrough change nonetheless; it's not like Hashirama will change his breakthrough mid-battle to his barrier mystery. So since Hashirama FH's Y is a non-barrier mystery and none of Hashirama's other skills let him disrupt or create barriers Hashirama should be able to cast his mystery under Jiraiya's type of barrier. Same thing with any other barrier that "could" do something but won't in a battle because the actual skills aren't actually set for that ninja to use in that battle. Otherwise characters will keep randomly getting blocked from doing things that they wouldn't be able to do anyway in a battle to start with. Which could be confusing for some and irksome for others.Or both.

Toad Chant Ji-man countering Edo Minato even when bond skill is not active is utter bs.
Ironically, a character made to hard counter barriers does not hard counter ETR Madara, best barrier user in game currently.
