Mystery: Quite strong increasing enemies cooldown by 2

Standard Attack: Not missing and causing the Amaterasu debuff that will provide you more damage over time

Chase 1: modified = instead of decreasing chakra, he decreases the standard attack of the enemy

Chase 2: Good damage

Passive: Super armor + immunity to debuffs is amazing. A lot of good buffs for himself and the team

Overall not a game breaking ninja but very strong with his mystery and passive, definitely usable with a lot of other ninjas.
