I recently returned and started playing this game again after playing on the Taiwan server a few years ago. I have created a new account on S2029 called Derpy (before it was scammed) and recharged a bit as well. Earlier tonight, I received messages about some recharge issues and asked for account details on a so call official discord server to settle the issue (https://discord.gg/h5vadY7).

As there are screenshots of customer support responses on the discord, I believed it was legit and *ly gave away my account details and screenshot of my latest payment which I cannot log back on to my account almost immediately. Since I created my account with my email, I can log in to my oasis games user center only to find the scammers filed false reports of scamming and changed the account details and password. (The report was filed at 16/10 11:27pm and they have the conversation ended at 16/10 11:02pm)

At this point, I don't expect I can get my account back, just please ban the account. I can provide proof of every transaction I have made instead of just the latest one that the scammers have.
