opponent ninja who has Tori Seal / Tori Seal 2 debuff will:

1) unable to use mystery

2) all damage will be always critical, injury locked to 0, critical damage locked to 1.5

opponent ninja who has Tori Seal Y debuff will:

1) unable to use standard

2) all damage will be always critical, injury locked to 0, critical damage locked to 1.5

All Tori Seal type are irremovable & neglect immunity

Whereas, Immobile debuff prevents all action of the ninja with no other additional effect & can be removed
