In general, today I tried, as usual, to log into my account (I can’t say the mailing address, since it was created automatically, so instead of the name it had a bunch of letters and numbers that I didn’t remember, but I filled out the information in my personal account and the name was "Claire Aoki"). I did not notice the substitution and the fact that it was not my account that started. I only noticed when the system sent me to server 2004 or 2006 (I don't remember anymore, and it doesn't matter) and offered to create a new character. At first I tried to contact the support service, but it seems that it does not exist - Google sent me such a message - "The message was not delivered because the address support_en@oasgames.com was not found or does not accept incoming letters." Then I wrote here. Have you deleted my account? But for what? Because when I try to login as Clair Aoki, it says that the account does not exist.

Oh and by the way, having to wait half an hour before sending a message is just *ing brilliant. In general, I noticed that your office is extremely brilliant - you have to wait half an hour (most of all in my life I hate waiting), then you don’t have a support service, then you can’t donate. Now my account has been deleted. I'm just in awe. I'll wait for an answer and get out of this dump.

Oh, by the way, I hope you're not so dumb as to think that I can't log in to the account I'm writing from?

Hello,
If you accidentally lost your quick registration email without saving it, then unfortunately your account cannot be retrieved. :( Your email address is the identifier for the account. You can try sending CS a ticket through the in game platform to see if your information can be retrieved via your username, but it is unlikely they will give this information out (since that is personal information). Here is the link to try.

However, if your issue is that you've misplaced which server you are on (possible, since you are actively on an account right now, you c*ways check the list in Recharge Center:

https://pay.oasgames.com/oasispay/web/index.html?gid=narutoen&lang=en&server_sid=&uid=?

as it will show all the created characters and what server they are in on that account.

Hopefuly this helps, had same problem (I think) as you 4 years ago and Tobei told me what is going on and what to do in this scenario (basicly reset password and wait 24hours) cuz support system like always was completly useless and clueless what is the problem.


Sadly people like Tobei don't work here anymore and now you are left with "support" geniuses. (For example they told me to LOG to the game and make screenshots when the problem is that I can't log with my account )

If your problem is same as mine and it helps you don't bother talking to support about any compensation for not being able to claim your benefit cards or events since that's what I did in this support ticket convo I had with them. Obviously they won't give you single coupon for clear bug on their end but that's just how this company is... The only thing I got was a threat that If im asking for a false compensation they will warn or ban me. Surely rank 1 account on the server would risk his account banned for plain justice 200 coupon compensation

Do you think I haven't been here? There is no choice of the game "Naruto Online".

And yes, that's what I thought it was going to be. The game discriminates against certain players. I didn't lose or delete anything. You deleted it, administration. I didn't press anything.
