i dont think its a bug

requirement no 1.. it will occur before first action.. meaning your fire main must not be controlled

if your fire main is controlled, no action.. meaning no chakra gain

requirement no 1.. no active barrier that stop chakra gain.. like madara etr barrier

I have never heard of this bug occurring. This is a very popular talent. Are you perhaps using ETR Madara, who prevents chakra gain? Can you send me a video of this bug happening?
