This sometimes happens when you have a poor connection to the game server. Please try these steps to see if the issue can be resolved.

1) Clear the Client Cache

2) Flush your DNS Cache

To flush the DNS cache, you will need to click on the 'Start' *on, then 'Run' and type 'cmd' and hit enter.

When the Command Prompt screen appears, type 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter.

3) Reboot the PC (To be extra sure, reboot the Modem/Router too)

If doing that doesn't fix it, you may need to try VPN programs (and all of the servers the programs have available to you) or contacting your ISP for assistance.
