Mystery: A pretty normal mystery these days, the only special part is the 0 battle cooldown and only 20 chakra cost. Makes for a pretty interesting combo when you c*e it round 1

Mystery 2: Strong and the same cooldown, also great synergy with his passive 1

Standard Attack: 3 units attack and ignition which neglects immunity

Chase: You can get 2 technique points just from this chase per round, also being able to cause fear is nice

Passive 1: Now this is the most interesting one. Being able to do 2 mysteries in 1 round is great with his 2 mysteries that both have 0 round cooldown. However this second part is a double edged sword which can make itachi stronger or your team weaker, so be careful who you use in your team.

Passive 2: An interesting buff for secret jutsu users.

Overall definitely an interesting ninja, I personally love these ninjas who can do round 1 mysteries and he can even do 2 mysteries in round 1. The only thing is that you have to be picky with your other ninjas so they don't get debuffed from Itachi's passive 1
