I had missed out on one of the missions to complete the event, is there a way to a make it up? I thought I finished all the missions, I didnt realize I was missing one.

Unfortunately there is no way, at present, to get more of these medals. You will have to wait and hope the outfit is re-released sometime in the near future. Sorry about this! :(
