am i the only one who thinks we need an event that give us the chance to get some frags of jiraiya young adult?

i've been waiting for the moment I can buy some frags of him at an event but he never appears in them (the game could give us them for free, dont u think? )

if i'm not mistaken, we can get him from survival trial

if u play long enough, i think u can even 5 star him without buying any frags from any event if he ever appeared
