Do these stack? so jugo who can mystery every round and it increases to a cost of 100 can get 3x crit and 2x attack buffs every round?

Similarly do things like this stack?

I am aware they say "stackable" but with this game I know the desciptions and translations are very hit and miss so if anyone can confirm they stack with each other and it doesnt simply mean that it stacks on itself but only 1 is active at a time I would appreciate it.
