1＃ Go ToMatsuri wouldn't load saying it won't load because of lack of participants. I had a Friend ( In a Totaly Different Country ) sign on my account and he had the Same Problem where Matsuri did run on his account. Whats wrong with your game? It's nothing to do on My end and was running fine before your Update.
