Not sure if you are already aware of this but didnt find any results from searching so I will throw this out there. His chase, specifically low float does not work. The skill says he "chases and attacks knocked down or low floated unit, cases repulse" but he only chases knock down not low float.

Yes, this is currently a known bug, and the devs have been made aware. Unfortunately there is no ETA on a fix yet, but hopefully it is fixed soon.
