Skill Updates:
1. Obito Uchiha [Rage Mode]:
a. Under [Rage Mode], Obito heals 12% of his damage dealt.
2. Indra Otsutsuki:
a. Correct the desc
ription of [Lightning Teleportation Jutsu] and increase Indra's Evasion Rate after his first action every round. 3. Hashirama Senju [Edo Tensei]:
a. [Wood Style - Wood Dragon Jutsu +2]: Additionally causes [Suppress Immunity] for 1 round.
b. [Sage Art - Gates of the Great God Y]: [Triggered with at least 25 Combo] instead of 30.
c. [No Seal Healing Y+2]: The Attack and Ninjutsu reduction can be stacked up to 7 times.
d. [No Seal Healing L+2]: Additionally cancels 2 [Debuffs] from the ninjas healed.
1. "Total Recharge Rebate" added.
Want your money to be valuable? Then, it's now time to recharge! The more ingots you recharge, the more valuable rebates you can get!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
Requirements:
a) Players must reach Level 30 in order to participate.
b) Sever must be opened for more than 14 days.
How To:
During the event, players who recharge the required number of Ingots can get different rewards as rebate. The Ingots recharged will be ac*ulated during the event. Obito Uchiha [Ten-Tails Attachment]*80 await you!
2. "Anniversary Red Envelope" added.
Every single recharge can get you an unbelievable rebate! Send or Get Red Envelopes! Celebrate together!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
How To:
a) During the event, obtain a Recharge Rebate and a Red Envelope Rebate for every recharge!
b) Obtain a maximum of 20.000 Coupons as Recharge Rebate and a maximum of 10.000 Coupons to send through Red Envelopes to other members from your Group.
c) Each player can send a maximum of 100 Red Envelopes and can receive a maximum of 5.000 Coupons from other members' Red Envelopes.
d) A Red Envelope which was already sent is valid for 2 hours, after which it will be unclaimable. The value sent inside the Red Envelope will not be returned.
e) Ingots recharged during the period of the event will be ac*ulated to both Recharge Rebate and Red Envelope Rebate.
f) The Group channel is limited to 70 messages at once. If more than 70 messages are sent while the li
nk to claim the Red Envelope is shown, the li nk to claim Red Envelopes will no longer be displayed and it will be lost for all other Group members. 3. "Crazy Slot Machine" added.

How To:
During the event, for each time you recharge 100 Ingots in the game, you will get a spin for a chance to get a neat prize! "Spins" obtained for this week's events need to be used in time, once the events end, the "Spins" you didn't use will be reset to 0.
Every time you spin it, there is a guaranteed prize! Outstanding ninjas and other fantastic prizes can be obtained! The prizes awarded will be in accordance to your matches in the Slot Machine!

Requirements:Players must reach Level 11 in order to participate.
How To:
a) Sweeping Plot/Elite Instances will reward you with Fresh Flowers. Recharging 50 Ingots will reward you with Fresh Flower*1. Gifting Ino Fresh Flowers will reward players with Coins.
b) After the event has ended, you will be rewarded according to the Ranking which is ba
sed on the number of Fresh Flowers sent. Fresh Flowers can only be sent until Jul 13rd, the final ranking will be displayed for 4 days. c) Players who want to be part of ranking needs to gift 300 Flowers at least.
d) 1st prize: Ino’s Gift Package VI*1; Exclusive Secret Scroll Pack*1
2nd and 3rd: Fresh Flower Gift Pack VI*1; Treasured Tools Ultimate essence*1

Requirements:Players must reach Level 45 in order to participate.
How To:
a) Players can obtain 1 Point by logging in daily and can obtain more points by completing Plot/Elite Instances.
b) By Spending 10 Ingots daily, you will also get 1 Point.
c) Remember to use the Points before the deadline of the events (which is according to the computers’ time) or it will be reset to 0.
6. "Tailed Beasts Attack" added.
Gather all tail beasts to obtain gift packs! Amazing Items and Ninjas are waiting for you in redeem shop!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
Requirements:Players must reach Level 20 in order to participate.
Details:
a) Plates have different Points and Tailed Beasts, use 10 coupons or ingots to flip one plate to find out how many points and Tailed Beasts you can get! You c*so redeem points for rewards.
b) The Plates will be reset daily at 00:00. All progress of the plates and gathered Tailed Beasts will be reset.
c) All players have a free daily attempt. During the events, players can reset the Plates and Gift Packs three times, by doing so will not give player another free attempt.
d) Players can get Gift Packs by gathering Tailed Beasts.
7. "Summer Memories-Activity" added.
Gather the ingredients by completing Missions to obtain Free Summer Badges!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
Requirements:Players must reach Level 30 in order to participate.
How to:
a) During the event, obtain random Ingredients by completing given tasks, send all your extra food Ingredients to your friends.
b) Gather a given type of food to claim gift packs. During the event, all gift packs can only be claimed once.
c) Use the pack to obtain Summer Badges to redeem power ninja and useful items.
8. "Lucky Board" added.
Want to try your luck? Throw your dice to know what rewards wait for you! Extra points can be used to redeem rewards in its Shop!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
How To:
a) Roll the dice to move on the Lucky Board according to the points you obtained in the dice. Players can get the corresponding rewards marked on the grids;
b) Complete Plot/Elite instances or complete Daily Mission to get free dice. You can get a maximum of 2 free dice per day. The dice c*so be bought directly in the Shop;
c) Get 5 points every time you move into a Prop Grid and 10 Points when you move into a Function Grid. After you have left the Start Grid for the first time, each time you pass the Start Grid you will get a Lucky Ninja Pack.
Note: "Dice" obtained for this week's events need to be used this week, once the events end, the "Dice" you didn't use will be reset to 0.
9. "Refining Rebate" added.
Refining equipment will get you refining materials and other valuable rewards. Power up and get rebates at the same time!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
Requirements:Players must reach Level 40 in order to participate.
How to:
a) Players can get rewards when refining times reach the requirement.
b) This event's Refining Rebate will not provide additional Wish Credit.
10. "Time-limited Refinement" added.
Get extra Wish Credits and improve your Power level by Refining your Equipment!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
Requirements:Players must reach Level 40 in order to participate.
How To:
a) During the event, players will get time-limited wish credit every time they level up in equipment refinement until they reach Level 10.
b) The time-limited wish credit is valid only during the period of the event. If you don't finish upgrading your equipment by the deadline, your time-limited wish credits will expire.
c) After the event ends, any credit a player earns for him/herself through refinement will not expire.
11. "Cultivation Limited Rebate" added.
Participate in five nature Chakra training. Great rebates are on their way.
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
Requirements:Players must reach Level 54 in order to participate.
How To:
a) Rewards can be claimed after reaching the required requirements.
b) Cultivation times will not be counted after using cultivation scrolls.
Remark: Only Cultivation through coupons/ingots can be counted.
12. "Activity Lucky Bag" added.
Complete missions to receive rewards, awesome new items are awaiting!
Period: Jul 7th-Jul 13rd
Requirements:Players must reach Level 6 in order to participate.
How To:
a) Click “View Details” in the right bottom of the interface to check the missions.
b) Complete the required missions to get activity points. Lucky bags can be opened with ac*ulative amounts of the points. You can open 25 bags per day in total.
13. New packs are available in the "Purchase Limit" shop interface! Have a look at the new packs, don't miss this chance.
Remark: The deadline of the New Server Events and Weekly Events is set according to the players' local time (computer's time), not the server time. Daily Missions and Daily Recharge event (event in which you can get a 4-Stars Gaara if recharging for 5 days) are all refreshed at 5:00 (server time). Don't miss out!

Assuming second maintenance any second now? since the events are bugged .Obito in the recharge rebate has the image but the descrption reads "null" and the 3rd prize in the slot machine is a question mark image and also just reads "null"
Update: I am assuming they messed up adding obito to the ninja list also because another bug is that we cant see the ninjas in the "train" tab, I was gonna take a look at obitos skills there since we cant hover him in the rebate but no ninjas at all load

Was able to find the answer, courtesy of youtube and some surprisingly friendly people on a discord. kamui mark does neglect immunity but this is still the worst iteration of obito
no immunity+ pure nin standard and msytery mean he literally cant harm madara etr + his only durability tool is dodging standard attacks, but all 3 of the 1st pos characters that 100% of players use have standards that cant be dodged + his cd reduction odds are the same as hashi fb <1% = 1 utterly useless obito. Far far far far worse than obito 10 t ( as expected) but also far far worse than obito gnw, worse than obito enraged and no better than obito shonen, nevermind shisui or madara sb, this obito is outmatched by choji gnw and 3 star etr madara, both of whom are given for free to all players, just for logging in.
Not that I think anyone here would be tempted in the first place but I can assure you this obito is not worth 2k coupons, let alone $500. Until itachi cs comes along there are no characters currently in the game or that china has that we dont yet that are worth even considering spending a penny for and this obito is at the bottom of that already disappointing pile.
Late addition: This thread is already dead but no harm in sharing this just in case anyone stumbles across it but also turns out obitos chase is broken for us, much like angel konan sb. obitos chase says " chases and attacked a knocked down or low floated unit, causes repulse" this doesnt work, he only chases knock down not low float

Oasis doesn't respect their own playerba
se so why would the playerba se respect Oasis? Add simple survey rating Oasis job as a developer 1-10 score in the game or discord since forum is a meme place for like 10 people and It will show you how terrible things are. They know it, they don't care at all so toxicity is what they get and what they deserve. -

Toxic people are everywhere but dont mistake constructive criticism for "toxic"
The mods get to play among us but are not equal to us customers, they get to play in an MMO with cheat engine in essence, anyone can be powerful if they are given tens of thousands of free coupons per month and given every fuku for free and get advanced warning about what events/characters/skillbreaks/skill changes will be coming so they can prepare for them. So expecting them to do their 1 job and post events in a timely manner is not toxic.
The suggestion to include pictures of the events so actual customers can make informed decisions before one weeks events are rotated out and replaced is not toxic
The suggestion to actually include all information, i.e what is in the ino flower pack in these threads is not toxic
The suggestion to have pvp events matching ba
sed on power and not the entirely nonsensical level is not toxic, especially since the mods who already get to cheat on very easy mode are some of the worst culprits for level freezing. Suggestions to add old, weak but wanted characters and skillbreaks that have zero chance of effecting the current me
ta is genuine advice that would require little to no work from oasis but would keep the player and payer numbers up, that is not toxic. An MMO, a game that lives and dies depending on people logging in having such bad events that there is no reason to log in and what should be big news in these threads barely even reaches 2 pages, that is a sign of the company at fault, not the customers.
Some people being irritated is not productive but it is also not toxic. An mmo that charges upwards of £2,600 for a single character has to have multiple maintenance windows because despite literally all of the programming, modelling, coding, bug testing, literally all the work being done for them they somehow always manage to introduce more bugs than they fix when they drip feed us english time zone plebs weakened, ruined content with price mark ups as high as 2000%
As for you quoting "anniversary events" the anniversary event cycle has traditionally been on the 3rd week of the month, but that doesnt justify this month being beyond garbage so far. It is the 6th anniversary of the game, things are more expensive than ever before, the client is worse than ever before, crashes are more constant than ever before, there are fewer players than ever before, this is the anniversary month, these are the events and in both discord and these forums they have officially launched "anniversary contest", so yeah, you can brown-nose as much as you want, but constructive criticism that would make the game better and in turn generate more money for the company is not "toxic" it is a win win, but we have no way of actually communicating with oasis because the mods are just a tight knit clique of people who already knew each other who now share accounts to dictate pvp events before they even begin, playing a game in a developer account with free power, free coupons, free characters and still needing to cheat to bully customers? Now that is toxic
