As always when a new scroll comes out I'm here to show you the level 1>15 stats and talk about some power gains at the end.

As the name of the scroll says it focuses on giving more defense. Oddly enough it does still give a very high amount of attack and critical, though small amount of ninjutsu. So I'd say the power gain from it is average
