Neji is only really useful if you have a high power advantage otherwise other supports would do you better.

But kakashi is awful, one of the worst characters in the game, I wouldnt recommend getting him even if he was about 2k coupons.

No standard attack, his one and only useful ability is his chase but after using it he weakens himself to 1/4 of base stats, meaning a level 110 fully cultivated kakashi will do less damage than a freshly recruited level 1 character plus in his weakened state he doesnt get his other chase so he cant even be used to string together a chase with the rest of your team. You c*e his 1 of his chases 1 time and then he will spend the rest of the match being dead weight. Honestly you can replace him with any other character and they will be more of a benefit.

I wasnt playing when he was released so I dont know if he is ever in events, but if you want someone with kamui then obito gnw is the way to go. As a collective we should all just agree that kakshi kimono does not exist
