Hello! Good question. Most events including Total Recharge Rebate does not roll over to the next time the event comes back. You will have to recharge/participate during the event period in order to be able to get the rewards for the specific event. There are some requirements in place for certain events that may include either age of server or a level requirement. If you are recharging, I highly recommend to only recharge when you have met the requirement for the event you want to recharge for.
