Hello all, may I ask for thoughts and opinions on these characters please?

They dont appear to be very good to be honest, especially since in china they are largely used to deal massive damage round 1 and for some reason oasis decided to remove hashis ability to reduce his own cd with his standard for the english game, making neji chinese style a mandatory support for him, but I am just wondering which of these is considered the "better". **Edit: The last part has been changed? icex's own post plus konoha proxy as well as talk on discord and even youtube comments said hashis cd reduction was removed for EN, so it appears he has been restored, somewhat to how hew he was intended to work?

Madara has no immunity but can reduce his own cd, which appears to be the entire premise of these characters

Hashi cant reduce cd in our version but he recovers health on hit and has immunity

Madara hits more characters with his mystery but only suppress immunity to the selected target

Hashi hits fewer characters but suppresses immunity on all hit

Madara's only chase requires high combo but he causes "inferno" which neglects immunity and cant be removed

Hashi has half of his chases in our localization and it is a worse chase than edo hashi

All 4 of their combined mysteries can be dodged, which seems weird since never mind shisui sb, a bog standard naruto 6p could escape unharmed

Of course I have no means to play test them, but on paper

madara sounds much better, reducing his own cd, immunity ignoring chase. The only thing he is lacking that would make him viable is immunity which seems like an oversight to be honest, but even so I imagine he would lose out to any shisui/obito sb/6p/edo minato/kisame samehada or even edo release madara

Vs

hashi has immunity but nothing else .with a mystery that hits a random character not a selected target, a mystery that steals chakra but it can be dodged so it is useless against shisui sb/shisui kimono/naruto 6p/edo minato/ kisame + mangetsu combo etc and a skillset that in almost every sense is inferior to default edo hashi and is eclipsed by edo hashi sb. Worse chase since it cant steal chakra, worse mystery since it can be dodged and does not interrupt, a heal that is slightly worse than edo. If we had his proper skillset and he could spam mysteries every round maybe he could be decent, but right now he sounds like arguably the worst hashi currently in the game, at least that is the impression I get

That being said every person that I have seen in the english game has chosen hashi over madara, so maybe there is something obvious going over my head at the moment?
