Low amount of ninjutsu, but a good amount of critical rate, attack and injury

So this secret scroll might not be your first choice if you are maining ninjutsu units

I made a small mistake by doing more upgrades before making the "after" screenshot but I believe it's this one

So around 36000 power gain
