My account has been stole on 5/5/2022. I've been sending multiple appeals but have gotten no response.

The name was S1 YumikoMakino (My friend from the same server told me the name changed to S1 Reika.)

After they haven't been on the account for a while they suddenly came back recently and changed the name. I have still been trying to send appeals but for some reason it says, "Oops! Something went wrong when submitting your appeal. Please try again later." and have been unable to send any more appeals. They have also apparently set a email that i don't recognize.

Is there no way I can get my account back? Can someone please help in this time of need?
