Kisame sameha trials bugged

Hello, I think my accounts kisame is bugged. I know its "random" number generator but this character is unable to get any breaks through trials on my account. I have been able to get all gold breaks on edo itachi, kakuzu earth grudge, obito ten tails, edo release madara and shisui kimono for fewer vials than I have spent on kisame and kisame has not had a single skill change, not even a +1. Thousands upon thousands of vials and every single one " skill did not change". If even one skill had changed you could say "oh, bad luck" but this many vials and nothing, thats not "random" thats a pattern
