I was doing Arena mode until I saw a message on chat that someone was able to purify their equipment to orange attribute:

The problem is this guy is only level 39. Highest level for our server is 41 in which we only have access to refinement for equipment.

Look at the stats of this guy compared to mine that has refined all equipment to level 4 refinement:

It is clear that he has better Initiative/critical/injury etc. than mine even without refinements. Any naruto online fanatic should know that it is not possible to reach this high even a whale cant reach this high for a level 39. Please do something about this or explain to me why does this player gained so much initiative when there are no available access to raising initiative for his level.

I am aware that low levels only gain initiative through:

1. Refinement (clearly he does not have any access to it yet)

2. ninjas - the more ninjas you have the higher your initiative will be ( he only has 25 ninjas, that means it is not possible to have 800 initiative, 25 ninjas is normally on 90-100 initiative)

These are the only way to gain initiative for levels 40 and below. He even has higher stats than a ninja with all level 5 refinements.

Lastly, I am just stating facts. I would like to request for a review on this guy's account. I honestly do not care about him or about his stats. I'm just saying that there is something wrong with the game that we all enjoy to play. Thank you for reading my first post.
