I would be nice if we can delete stuff that we can't nor want in our inventory. Stuff has been in my inventory for years that I accidentally accepted, gotten from starting the game. I am constantly selling other items in spacetime to make space for new stuff.

You can "delete" space time prizes by using them and opening and redeeming the contents. The same should be true for medals. If for some reason you are unable to use/redeem a medal, please contact the in-game CS platform to get the medal activated at the following link:
