Hello, today my account was stolen , i made a ticket about still no response, i have a friend from my server 1840 whose nickname is Grand(now Kotetsu because the person that *ed is account changed the ingame name to that), was *ed on the first of may and he still hasn´t recovered his account, i have extensive proof that i am the owner of k1ng account on the ticket please send some positive vibes and please help me out in this time of need.

Hello, if you have already made a ticket, and provided the recharge history/proof and other proofs that you are the owner of the account, then the only thing that is left for you to do is wait for them to be able to address your ticket, due to the holiday they are experiencing a backlog of tickets, but they are trying to get through them as quickly as they can.

Hello Tyler, i was able to get my account back but today it was closed down, im unable to enter the game, but if i go with my account to another oasis game i am able to, i replied to my ticket telling them to help me get the account back again.

I am glad you were able to get your account back, but sadly the only thing you can do to help with your account further is proceeding further with CS and trying to communicate with them for assistance.
