I think its crazy ridiculous how ive put so much into the game, have multiple paypal reciepts, but ive sent a case on monday and it now being friday, the case after being filled says i'll get a response in 24 hour, but I havent gotten even a whisper of whether its being reviewed or not when im clearly the owner by a mile
i've attempted to do a case, a direct email, and tried to msg a mod (honestly dont know who'd really be able to help with seeing this, just ranting at this point), im not blaming the mod in general if they cant do anything directly its just not in their hands, i just think its crazy how I can try so many outlets but still not get it handled
Hello, sadly the only way to recover a lost account is through CS via a ticket or appeal, which you have stated you have already done. Due to the holiday, they are experiencing a backlog on tickets and trying to work through them as quickly as they can. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused by this. One thing I would suggest doing is by trying to provide them with as much information as you can think to do, as well as trying to provide them with any recharge receipts to try to expedite this process. When you do recover your account, I highly suggest filling out as much of the security information as you possibly can to try to help recover your account if this happens in the future.
