sorry but for me madara and shusui not broken isnt Op yet. this is my suggestion. i think you need to break make em level 4 for them to be OP in battle

you already have 4 good pos1 (also known as carries) namely edo madara, tobirama new yr, hidan, and shusui susanoo.
sadly u lack OP support..... you need good supporting heroes try collecting kurenai and edo itachi for counter. as well. you have rin as well which is a good support. still ur heroes are prone to control immobilization/statuses.
someone posted a guide here on the top heroes for pos1(carry) pos2 (tank counter) and pos 3( support). i suggest you take a look on that. and build ur team from there if ur going for wins tho. if you are just going for collecting cool stuff you iz ok also. -
