At present we do not know if the Missions General Mobilization event will be back before event reset, as the team is working on fixing the bug that caused its temporary suspension, but we have not yet heard word on any progress in that regard. We recommend holding onto any available gift packs until as late into Wednesday as possible to see if the event is brought back online.
If you were personally affected by the event being suspended (not just opportunity cost, but actively spent to purchase boxes), you can submit a ticket through the ingame CS platform for your issue to be investigated and to seek possible compensation for the loss. Here is the link.
