As Aerth said, you will need to submit a ticket to the in game CS platform to get this issue resolved. Please include full screenshots of the entire screen with your server time/date stamp visible in the upper left hand corner of the screen. To my knowledge, this has happened a few times on servers and all affected servers have been compensated for any legitimate issues. Here is the link.

P.S. If your ticket is marked as resolved and you do not yet receive compensation, you can simply bump the ticket and reply again to query what is going on in the process.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with this system. I am not privy to the specifics of your case, but I would advise sending in another ticket about the issue. If your ticket in the future is marked as resolved but the issue is not, in your opinion, you are free to continue communication with the CS team. Again, to my knowledge, all servers that have been affected by this bug have previously been fixed, so I would definitely recommend contacting CS again. It may be too late in your case, as 5-6 months have passed, but it is worth a shot. In the future, you will want to not wait so long to act on this.
