I have very bad news for you: kiss your coupons goodbye. Mods here will tell you to contact support and support will do big fat nothing about this. I would know, I was there in December. Submitted a rticket, gave an iron proof this happened, was told "we are looking into this" and after few days issue was marked as resolved, but nothing happened, no compensation, no missing coupons, not even half assed apologies.

As Aerth said, you will need to submit a ticket to the in game CS platform to get this issue resolved. Please include full screenshots of the entire screen with your server time/date stamp visible in the upper left hand corner of the screen. To my knowledge, this has happened a few times on servers and all affected servers have been compensated for any legitimate issues. Here is the li

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with this system. I am not privy to the specifics of your case, but I would advise sending in another ticket about the issue. If your ticket in the future is marked as resolved but the issue is not, in your opinion, you are free to continue communication with the CS team. Again, to my knowledge, all servers that have been affected by this bug have previously been fixed, so I would definitely recommend contacting CS again. It may be too late in your case, as 5-6 months have passed, but it is worth a shot. In the future, you will want to not wait so long to act on this.

It was fixed. I mean, it never happened again for past 5 months, so I guess it was fixed. Doesn't change the fact people lost coupons and never got anything back.
