Just letting you guys know we currently cant buy lucky dice in shop on server 1933, theres only capsules and space time chips.

Hello,
Unfortunately, most of these events have their optional purchases set to a high level for unlock than the event itself does. You should be able to view these items once you are a higher level. Sorry for the inconvenience. :(
