The news event give 70 scrolls for character and 35 for summoning + choji GNW 4* and Madara Edo for new player but the old payer get nothing. Unlocking the event for everyone could be a good Idea ! Reply

Hello, I believe the intention behind giving these out to new servers was to give new servers decent characters to start with, and updating it from Kakashi as it was beforehand. However, I do not know fully the intentions behind this, and I understand your request and can pass it along for you.
