I can't believe you guys are going to give madara edo just for new accounts. Server 1918 is not created for 3 weeks and we will not receive madara edo? Do you want to crash newly created servers? why don't you put this ninja on fireworks or check in for everyone? They don't seem to know how to manage a simple game...

Honestly if you haven't spent or recharged heavily, might be a good idea to reroll if they don't do something about it soon.
