Rin Nohara was only able to get last year as Secret Ninja Season in the Season System of the Spring Season 2021.

Soon maybe she will be able to get with 1 Fragment only in the Secret Ninja Season Paket 3, like all other Secret Season Ninjas before, which are able to get in Secret Season Ninja-Paket 1 & 2 with 1 Fragment.

Maybe she will be again in 3vs3 or somewhere else in an other Event.

Concerning the recent events she's available in selection packs of "Fireworks" event and "Mission Trade" event. You can recruit her at 2* with free points but some people take the trouble and buy 50 more fragments of her with coupons. If you want to get her, look out for these two event's shops.
