This is extremely unlikely to get approved by the devs. This unit has not yet come to coupon redemption yet. I can submit a request for them to be released as a fireworks ninja eventually, but it is highly unlikely we will see him given out for free any time soon. Hopefully he is released to coupon redemption soon so you can purchase him.
