Not all servers are reporting this issue. Do you know if you recently had a cluster merge, 豆浆王 ? What server are you on?

OK, your server was recently added into a new cluster. When this happens, some cluster-based events such as space time and XGNW get a little wonky and become inoperable for the season/week. You will likely be unable to play them for that week, unfortunately. If you would like, you can submit screenshots of this to CS and get compensation for this. Here is the link to do so.
